Indiana’s Religious Freedom Law

Being that they want to uphold biblical principles, I wonder if those businesses in Indiana will withhold service to couples on their second marriage as well.

Indeed. Do they make sure that the woman is a virgin so the marriage is okay per the bible too?

I do wonder how these people who want to pick and choose who they serve determine if someone isn’t acceptable to them. Do they interrogate all of their customers?

I’ve honestly tried to see it their way, but there is nothing to see. Their position is complete nonsense and it has no place within civilized society.

What are you even talking about? This is a blogging platform, not Twitter. You can use more than one sentence to try to give your message some context for people who don’t follow the news.

If this is an issue about homosexuality, the basic problem is that homosexuality is an act of vanity. It’s a drug addiction that serves no legitimate purpose. Heterosexuals, even when they make mistakes, at least try to do the right thing. But homosexuals are wrong from the beginning.

With that said, the proper analogy is old people. If a heterosexual woman who is past menopause wants to get “married”, that too is an act of vanity, and I would not defend her either. I understand old people staying married, but getting married when you are like 60- or 70-years-old is just silly and pointless. They can’t even have sex without medication to induce erections in men or lubrication in women. It goes against nature just as much as homosexuality.

So, what about all the sexual immorality in public magazines, movies, and TV shows we are all subjected to a regular basis even when we choose not to be? You discount all that freedom. If liberals get their way, soon people will be having giant sex orgies in the streets.

Christians need some way to fight back against all this debauchery, to create a safer world for their children.

When I was a kid, there was no Internet porn, so I really don’t care what happens to homosexuals. They’re all part of the same problem.

The Bible predicts the fall of civilization: gluttony, debauchery, war, and the general rejection of spirituality. Do these behavioral patterns look familiar to you?

[Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. “Do you see all these things?” he asked. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.”

As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”

Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.”

“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.”]

    (Matthew 24:1-14)

[Once, on being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is in your midst.”

Then he said to his disciples, “The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it. People will tell you, ‘There he is!’ or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go running off after them. For the Son of Man in his day will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other. But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.”

“Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.”

“It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.”]

Liberalism is just another form of religion.

Liberalism says you must support immorality, or you will be shamed for being “hateful” or “prudish”.

Traditional religion, of course, says you must NOT support immorality.

    Satan rebelled against God.

    Jesus rebelled against Satan.

You can either serve God or Satan. Pick one.
